Udaipur World Music Festival

The Udaipur World Music Festival, conceptualised and produced by SEHER is the first annual signature destination festival organised in the city of Udaipur. A musical extravaganza first of its kind in India. It brings together music of the world cutting across genres, represented by over 150 artists from over 17 countries on one single platform in India. With its inception in the year 2016, the festival has had three very successful editions and in its third edition has been rated as India’s top Music Festival already, having established Udaipur as the hub for the world music in India.

Spread over six picturesque venues UWMF offers genres of music that celebrates different moods of the day. The early morning stage has meditative music while the afternoons are spent beside the lakes, personifying romantic music at its best, followed by the evening stage where energetic youthful music brings together people from all age groups and sections of society.

This festival has been agame changer in the music industry of India having witnessed an audience footfall of over 50,000, with participation from over 150 musicians coming from over 20 countries across the world, featuring artists like Grammy Award winner, Dobet Gnahore, The London Community Gospel Choir, Txarango from Spain, Hot water from South Africa.
